Align technology initiatives with the Town’s broader objectives, supporting the overall mission and vision, while enhancing operational efficiency and improving customer experience.

    • Improve technology integration to avoid duplicate work and manual systems.

    • Microsoft 365 email uptime [Hosted email uptime]
    • Website uptime [% of time the website is up through the course of the year]
    • Network uptime [Annual percentage of time the core switch is up]
    • Desktops supported [Total # of desktops in use and supported by IT]
    • Mobile Devices Supported (Tablet/Laptop)
    • Servers supported [Total number of servers (physical / virtual) in use & supported by IT]
